Since my grandfather had skin cancer on his lips, my family has always taken care to stay skin healthy by using SPF daily (and reapplying after 90 minutes if outside!) and chapstick with SPF. Not only does SPF help prevent the risk of skin cancer, but helps reduce signs of aging. It’s important to incorporate these habits into your daily routine so it becomes second nature. We want to help raise awareness on preventive action you can take now at any age against skin cancer because it’s never too soon to start!
